پاني ڦل (Water Caltrop) هي پٻڻ وانگي هڪڙو پاڻيءَ جو اوڀڙ آهي ۽ هندستان جي گهڻن ڀاڱن ۾ ٿيندو آهي. هي لوڙهه جيڏو گول ڦر جهليندو آهي، مگر گول ۽ لسو نه ٿيندو آهي. ڏاند جي مٿي جهڙو ٿيندو آهي ۽ سڱن وانگي ٻه نوڪون به نڪتل اٿس. ڪڏهن ڪڏهن رنگ جو بلڪل ڪارو ٿيندو آهي. کل لاهي تري کائيندا اٿس. ول شڪل جي سهڻي ٿيندي آهي، خصوصاً مينهن جي موسم ۾، جڏهن سانجهن مهل سندس صاف ۽ اڇا گل کلندا آهن. تلائن ۾ پوکڻ ڪري سارا تلاءَ وڪوڙي ويندو آهي. ڪي چون ٿا ته تلائن ۾ ٿيڻ ڪري پاڻي صاف ٿئي ٿو.سنڌي م ان کي سنگھارا يا ھڪ کي سنگھارو پڻ چوندا آهن. هن ميوي کي انگريزيءَ ۾ واٽر چيسٽ نٽ چون ٿا.
