آٽونامس سينسري ميريڊين ريسپانسautonomous sensory meridian response ’يا (اي ايس ايم آر ASMR)[2][3][4]، هڪ لڱ ڪانڊارجڻ جو احساس آهي، جيڪو عام طور تي کوپڙي کان شروع ٿيندو آهي ۽ ڳچيءَ جي پٺيان ۽ ڪرنگهي جي هڏيءَ‘ يا ڪرنگهو جي مٿئين حصي ڏانهن هلندو آهي. محسوس ڪرڻ جو غير معمولي لمس (paresthesia) جو هڪ وڻندڙ روپ[5]، ان جي ڀيٽ آڊيٽري-ٽيڪتائل سنيٿيشيا (auditory-tactile synesthesia) سان ڪئي وئي آهي[6][7] ۽ شايد جمالياتي ٿڌ (Frisson) سان اوورليپ ٿي سگهي ٿو.[8]
