باسفورس (Bosporus) يا باسفورس سامونڊي گذرگاهه ^{[lower-alpha 2]} هڪ قدرتي سامونڊي گذرگاهه ۽ هڪ بين الاقوامي طور تي اهم آبي رستو آهي جيڪو ترڪي ۾ واقع آهي ۽ استنبول شهر سان ڳنڍيل آهي. باسفورس گذرگاهه ڪاري سمنڊ کي مارمارا سمنڊ سان ڳنڍي ٿي ۽ ايشيا ۽ يورپ جي وچ ۾ براعظمي سرحدن مان هڪ ٺاهيندي آهي. اها اناطوليا کي ٿريس کان الڳ ڪندي ترڪي کي پڻ ورهائي ٿي. اهو دنيا جو سڀ کان تنگ سامونڊي گذرگاهه آهي جيڪي بين الاقوامي جهاز راني لاءِ استعمال ٿيندي آهي.

باسفورس جا گھڻا ڪنارا، اتر واري علائقي کان سواءِ، تمام گهڻا آباد آهن، استنبول شهر جي ميٽروپوليٽن علائقي جي آبادي، ٻنهي ڪنارن کان اندرئين پاسي پکڙيل، هڪ ڪروڙ 70 لک آهي.

مارمارا سمنڊ جي مخالف ڇيڙي تي باسفورس ۽ ڊارڊينيلس گذرگاهون گڏجي "ترڪش گذرگاهن" (Turkish Straits) جي نالي سان سڃاڻيون وڃن ٿيون.

استنبول ۾ باسفورس جي ڪناري جي حصن کي ڪنڪريٽ سان مضبوط ڪيو ويو آهي ۽ آبنائي جي انهن حصن کي وقت بوقت کوٽيو ويندو آهي جيڪي جمع ٿيل گاد جو شڪار آهن.
