اتر اوڀر آفريڪا (Northeast Africa) اهو علائقو آهي جيڪو اتر آفريڪا جي اوڀر واري حصي ۾ آهي جنهن ۾ مصر، لبيا ۽ سوڊان شامل آهن. [1][2][3][4] [5]
هن علائقي ۾ انساني رهائش جي هڪ تمام ڊگهي تاريخ آهي جنهن ۾ ابتدائي هومينڊس کان وٺي جديد انسان تائين فوسل مليا آهن ۽ اها دنيا جي سڀ کان وڌيڪ ثقافتي ۽ لساني طور تي متنوع علائقن مان هڪ آهي ۽ ڪيترن ئي تهذيبن جو گهر هجڻ ڪري ۽ هڪ اهم واپاري رستي تي واقع آهي جيڪو ڪيترن ئي براعظمن کي ڳنڍيندو آهي.[6][7] [8][9]
